Cenacle

 

 

Cenacle: A Prayer Group

We gather in cenacles as the apostles gathered with our Lady in the Upper Room in Jerusalem awaiting the outpouring of the Holy Spirit.

The structure of the cenacle:

bulletInvocation of the Holy Spirit
bulletRecitation of the rosary
bulletPrayers for the Holy Father
bulletReading and meditation from the book, "To the Priests, Our Lady's Beloved Sons
bulletFraternity/Fraternal sharing
bulletAct of Consecration

There are certain characteristics of all cenacles: praying the rosary, unity with the Pope and with the Church united in him, and our Act of Consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary by which we put our lives in her hands so she may transform us into the image and likeness of her Son.

Schedule

bulletThursday mornings after 8:00 a.m. Mass in the Church
bulletLength - 45 minutes
bulletAfter cenacle, we go to the Parish Hall for refreshments and socializing.
bulletThere are no dues.

 

 

This is a great way to express devotion to Jesus through the Blessed Mother...who rains down a myriad of graces on those who ask.
